2. He claims that he couldn't accept them because the husband's name was on the coupon - and the husband was buying coffee down the street - BECAUSE no breakfast was served as promised and promoted.

3. Despite telling the hotel beforehand that we had these vouchers, the next morning upon checkout, the rude and crude manager refused to accept them.
