6. When we arrived they apologized because they did not have that room available, so they upgraded us to a suite with a king size bed and a large sofa with a pull-out queen size bed.

7. We asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed in our room and about 3 hours later we got a dirty disgusting blanket with all kinds of hairs all over it, they didnt even try to fold it before giving it to us.
