1. As the valet unloaded our car, he also helped us select an excellent restaurant for dinner, and then explained the free shuttle service that would bring us back and forth.

2. (HINT: if you have problems, at the lobby elevators, their is a unmarked door to your right where the manager's hide, there is where I had to go to get my laptop checked) Another time I actually went back into the storage area looking for someone to get my lap top, took 5 minutes for security and the valet to come to get my lap top.
