1. We booked this hotel because we had stayed there 2 other times planning my daughters wedding, I was assured by the event coodinator and front desk that I would be awarded my priorty points for all the rooms I paid for as long as they were on MY charge card.

2. They agreed to removed the charge, but on check day, there it was, with the long distance charges to their Tech rep to try to find their internet problem.
