1. Just back from a three week trip to the Usa stayed at this hotel at the start and end of my holiday, this hotel has lovely staff, is very clean, provides free parking and gives you a lovely breakfast free of charge it is only 15 mins at most to the beach a great chill out before returning home the small pool area is very clean and well kept, some of the Crown Plaza hotel staff could learn some customer service tips from the staff at this hotel.

8. )If you want to be near the action then this is not the hotel for you - book one near West Hollywood, or around one of the beaches (Santa Monica etc.)Finally to the negative - a grudge about the hotel staff, who added another day to my previously web booked room - on the phone (a day after the original booking) they immediately confirmed the booking, but as it so transpired - at a higher rate (despite asking them to make sure it is the same price) - unfortunately they didn't budge and refused to refund the difference - this is BAD for a well known and trusted brand like Holiday Inn.
