We weren't suprised when we tried to get our resevered room & were told that the computer system was down & they had not been able to
check out
people & clean the rooms, was told by front desk personnel that they could not guarantee our room & that we could either wait around for 2 to 3 hours then recheck with the front desk or find a different hotel - attitude & helpfulness of front desk personnel SUCKS , we waited close to 2 1/2 hours before we got a room.
