1. mattress and pillows ROCK HARD!asked to be moved down to the villas where the others were since the shuttle service did not work after 1 hour on the phone being given the run around to the whole company - i was told i could not change , even if its the same company (silvertree) they gave us an upgrade to a room with two queenbeds ( not what we wanted) then 'by mistake' the reception gave us a suite.

2. and questioned if they really gave it to us!i mean - how else would i have got the key?still the suite wasn't much better, still horrible bed.
