mattress and pillows ROCK HARD!asked to be moved down to the villas where the others were since the
shuttle
service did not work after 1 hour on the phone being given the run around to the whole company - i was told i could not change , even if its the same company (silvertree) they gave us an upgrade to a room with two queenbeds ( not what we wanted) then 'by mistake' the reception gave us a suite.
"Not impressed - at all....... "

numerous times we asked if there was a possibility of a
shuttle
, but there wasn't then we asked for a taxi but they couldn't even call a cab for us.
