4. So I arrived thursday night proceeded to check into the hotel, when i got to the front desk they told me the room i booked 2 months in advance was sold out.

5. Upon arriving at the pool at 6:30 am the towels were locked up and the pool area was littered with trash and old towels, not very appropriate for 3star.
