1. After diner on the 12th of September as we were binging the kids to the pool, my wife tripped over a dolly that had been left in shadows in a dimly lit area of the pool compound.

6. This was after the valet told me that self parking was free, nasty surprise considering that this is the only hotel in an area filled with major hotels that charges for parking at all.
