1. Except that the room was bigger and the view dramatic over the highway, and the excellent service, this "classy" hotel was not as good for us as the Best Western we had stayed in the night before (Waltham, further from Boston).

2. I get there i had no ac then went in another room no ac , the maintenace people were more friendly then guest services , i was shocked being crowne plaza that the quality was poor , i was up 48 hours during my stay and i was on business , it was a rough time.
