4. For the rate we got, the hotel was OK, but I wouldn't pay full price for it, and I wouldn't go back unless I was sure the refurbishment was complete.

5. Overall, yeah I would expect better conditions from a Crowne Plaza but the staff was great, location was awesome, the price was right, and the room as I said was clean.
