3. very convenient to general boston area - free underground, secure parking - free breakfast and the food was decent!- rooms are very spacious and setup is nice with a sitting area and sleeping area - very nice front desk staff - very helpful and cheery during check in/out process Cons: - could be cleaner as there were hairs all over the bathroom area that was not ours.

10. About the only thing to complain about was a slightly messy parking garage (kitchen equipment stored there, I assume from re-model), a grumpy card reader to let you in the elevator from the parking garage, and the way you feel like you have to tap dance with the TV remote control to watch TV without being charged.
