1. very convenient to general boston area - free underground, secure parking - free breakfast and the food was decent!- rooms are very spacious and setup is nice with a sitting area and sleeping area - very nice front desk staff - very helpful and cheery during check in/out process Cons: - could be cleaner as there were hairs all over the bathroom area that was not ours.

2. It was yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal, bagels, etc. You could order food to be made like eggs, bacon, hash browns, for an extra fee.
