1. The hotel DEFINITELY destress from the hectoc Highway 1 volume of traffic, that we don't have in Iowa.

2. Downside is that is directly in front of a Highway and the surroundings are not very beautiful.

3. The problem, though, is that it's on very busy Highway 1 which makes you go a couple miles to get to an exit in order to turn around to get going in the other direction.
