1. During breakfast, had an emergency requiring the use of the bathroom near the lobby to find that it was being cleaned and could not use that bathroom and could not find another one available.

4. shuttle to airport and use mass transit to get around if you do not have a car, this hotel is not for you otherwise, staff is great and breakfast is good.
