1. Right on the beach, good parking, fantastic sound of the surf and view from my room of the sea, you need GOOD directions to get there (Massachusetts hides signposts around the corner from junctions, looks like they don't like making it easy to get there).

6. There was a wedding on Saturday night, and we had a hard time finding parking when we got in, also, the guests were very loud in the hallways after the reception.
