6. We were pleasantly suprised and thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel ( right across the street from the beach) The rooms were very clean with a little kitchen area and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace (ambience.

9. The only downfall was the concierge was not very helpful-only knew Boston; but, any local on the beach is willing to give you sightseeing tips for the area.
