2. They were all out of everything that we would ask for we asked for an extra towel they were all out, an extra pillow all out, laundry bag all out, blanket sheets etc. all out.

3. The pool/pool deck/lounge chairs could use some TLC, and for some reason it seemed there was a real shortage of towels throughout our stay, but other than that, I can't really complain.

4. had to ask for towels daily and toilet paper for room; also - outside pool was great except when smokers huddled there to smoke - i have asthma and i don't want my kids around cigarette smoke.
