Good points: helpful and professional staff, clean, no extra fees for parking or wifi, acceptable "free" continental breakfast, location very handy to the convention center and airport, free shuttle service to the airport, shares a parking lot with an IHOP, seemed to be a safe location with uniformed security visible frequently but not so much as to make one feel nervous.

8. I really liked it's location (within 15 minutes of downtown Atlanta), my party arrived around 1 a.m. and the room was available and ready, didn't have to pay for parking, next to IHOP and McDonalds, the room was fairly clean and I was able to request a crib for my 10 month old.

9. After making a five minute trip into a twenty minute trip we all ended up in the parking lot of anIHOP-- I was sure the driver was just gonna use the lot as a turn-around or as a place to ask passers-by for directions, when lo-and-behold-- we turned into the back alley and we were there.

10. The MARTA is at the airport, and for a couple of dollars you can ride into downtown Atlanta without fighting the traffic and outrageous parking fees.
