3. I requested some from the front desk and a few were swiftly brought to the pool, but they were the small towels from the fitness center and not large enough for the adults in the pool.

6. Housekeeping - When we arrived in our room, it took a few moments to realize the bed wasn't made, towels on the floor, etc. We didn't feel like moving, so we just went to the free booze until they cleaned it.
