1. Yes, the service was great and yes it is a 4 star hotel and YES you PAY for every penny of it, I will just say, I was disappointed because of the misleading of the wording of the description.

6. -The staff are friendly and helpful-The common areas are very nice, and the bartenders were great-The rooms are modern, well-appointed, quiet, and clean-The services is fantastic-The Concierge Lounge is, in my opinion, the best in the entire Marriott chain-The location is perfect.
