1. The indoor pool and hot tub are great in the winter, and it's only a couple of blocks to the mall and plenty of restaurants.

3. There are a few nearby restaurants and a supermarket all well within walking distance (1.5 blocks) although I almost always end up taking out from Uncle Julio's across the street because I just love their fajitas.
