In a nut shell my reservations was cancelled, i was walked to another hotel, very upset with the level of service they provided me as a HH member and employee of the Brand, front desk needs trainnig on how to be accomodating to satisfy guest when they screw things up, however the hotel is in a nice quiet area, the rooms are spacious and clean, exterior of the hotel was nice and well kept also the breakfast area was very clean, the bathroom in the rooms are extremly spotless, so i would recommend this hotel for guest who is traveling in the area, i just hope by that time front desk would pull up there sox and ttreat there guest better, otherwse you would have a great stay here.
