It is in an area of multi-million dollar condos, the premier shopping destination for the southeast (Phipps Plaza & Lenox Square), various upscale restaurants, other high end hotels (Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Saint Regis, & The Mansion on Peachtree), and only a shopping center away from the interstate.
