5. The check-in process was quick, however the front desk staff wasn't very helpful when it came to dicussing/recommending restaurants or in giving walking directions to nearby restaurants.

6. Upon check in, the clerk did mention the charge, I said I booked a package where it was included, the clerk confirmed on his screen, & there weren't any issues.
