2. The hotel manager was very appologetic, however I was offered the materials to clean the mess up, and yes I had to do it myself.

3. The lack of pool chairs is amusing--there is a nice new sign explaining it was a state law, and I overheard the hotel manager complaining about it to someone he was giving a tour to.
