5. Minor technical problems - pool light fell out and pool was shut down for a day; 2 elevator cars weren't working properly; lobby renovation made the desk area loud; the much advertised rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations - BIG disappointment.

6. stain on pillow; view of empty, dirty swimming pool; didn't replace ice bucket bag; only one pen in room; no newspaper delivery; not close to transportation; concierge staff clueless about local attractions and popular restaurants; would not recommend.
