1. The only concern was we were at a 1,000 person convention and the hotel did not have enough staff on in the lobby/bar.

2. Only thing that was a bother was there was some kind of meeting where there were alot of motorcylce riders, they were very nice people but hung out in groups and smoked up the place real bad, constant smoking in the bar, which was close to the lobby and constant smoking in front of the entrance, It REEKED of smoke.

3. Minor technical problems - pool light fell out and pool was shut down for a day; 2 elevator cars weren't working properly; lobby renovation made the desk area loud; the much advertised rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations - BIG disappointment.
