1. We had good service and enjoyed our room in the Retreat building which had a balcony facing a pond with a fountain in the middle.

2. Carpet was wet, smelled funny, got bug bites in room or hallway, broken glass on balcony, on Saturday was told restraunt not avail to regular guests only convention guests, was not told this at check in.
