1. We were sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but decided to take a chance as this hotel is less than a mile from our daughter's small apartment.

2. Not only was it comfortable (especially with the high powered AC Fan) after a long day of apartment hunting, we ended up having one of the few balconies (very pretty area).
