1. The front desk, van drivers, servers in restaurant are really terrific.

Check in was smooth and efficient, the bar/restaurant staff were friendly and on the ball, the shuttle bus driver cheerfully drove me back to the hotel when I discovered I forgot something while en-route to the airport, the driver on the way back asked about my trip and had my car keys ready, etc. Judy (the manager) seems to run a tight ship here and it shows.

They have given us directions and sometimes even more help in finding our way to local attractions, restaurants and the Carousel Mall -- calling ahead for us to make inquiries, making reservations, booking transportation etc.The New Year's Package includes Accommodation, a Full Breakfast Buffet, and 'The Party'.
