1. After reading some reviews, I was very concerned about staying at this property(booked through Hotwire) but had a good feeling about the manager from her responses on Tripadvisor.

3. My husband is disabled which made the walking very difficult but, General Manager, Judy Herzig was fantastic and had a room right off the lobby for him.

4. Check in was smooth and efficient, the bar/restaurant staff were friendly and on the ball, the shuttle bus driver cheerfully drove me back to the hotel when I discovered I forgot something while en-route to the airport, the driver on the way back asked about my trip and had my car keys ready, etc. Judy (the manager) seems to run a tight ship here and it shows.

5. Needless to say, this is WAY above and beyond the call of duty for a hotel manager and she turned what could have been a sour experience of a weekend around and most importantly of all, returned the smile to my wife's face.

6. I also contacted Ramada itself to make sure that they knew how special this hotel was and how the manager (Judy) and her staff saved our vacation.

7. Obviously they never took up their concerns with the manager personally (Judy Herzig), because as you can see from the posts below, she cares enough to answer issues and about the reputation of her hotel.

8. After contacting the Manager we were given the ok, for a small fee, to leave one vehicle in the parking lot for the few days in between.
