1. I've stayed at other resorts where they shuttle you by golf cart, but at the Boulders they are very prompt and were always polite and accommodating.

2. I tried to offer tips to the bell staff and people shuttling me around and noone would take it because gratuities were included in the resort fee (so I didn't have to keep tipping all day).
