1. I was concerned about the resort fee per day at first, but it turned out that this fee was well worth it and helped to enhance the service and feeling of being pampered.

2. I tried to offer tips to the bell staff and people shuttling me around and noone would take it because gratuities were included in the resort fee (so I didn't have to keep tipping all day).
