The price of this Valentine's day dinner/wine pairing with tax and tip was more than the price of the room!(I am not supposed to mention specific prices, but you all know how much the rooms go for) I don't go the Ritz-Carlton to save money, but it was a bit much to be "held hostage" while they gouge guests over a "special" Valentines dinner.
