1. Everything at the Ritz does cost a lot, no surprise but it would be nice to see better value, for example breakfast does it really need to cost that much? It was foggy most of the time and cool but still a lovely setting.

2. We stayed at the Four Seasons in Palo Alto for two nights before moving to The Ritz at Half Moon Bay for three nights and I have to say we thought the Four Seasons was better.
