1. The lobby and surroundings are beautiful, however the rooms where we stayed haven't been redone in years (cottage cheese ceilings,old bathroom fixtures and 80's color schemes).

3. The hotel staff was courteous, although the man who checked us in was a bit too stiff and unwelcoming (no smile and seemed to prefer to say as little as possible) Don't miss out on the bakery in the lobby - great pastries and coffee.
