THE GOOD: extraordinary service; warm, helpful, and responsive staff; incredible followup after needs were expressed; daily happy hour (free drinks, soft drinks and snacks daily from 5:30-7:30); hot, made-to-order breakfast daily; lproximity to airport and downtown; the jungly atrium, all new furnishings; the price; secure, limited access floors.
