After phoning the front desk again, which we were then asked by staff if we had made the mess in the tub, we were then escorted to another room 30 minutes later and by 9pm still without wine glasses, I had decided to complain, since my children had already paid for the 4 star hotel, which in the end result we were then only comp'd with one day of parking.

6. My wife then went to take a shower while noticing a black film inside the bathtub, while I phoned front desk for houskeeping and inquired about the wine glasses, we waited another hour for the maid to attempt to clean the bathtub.
