3. At first I was surprised that there was no guest parking lot, but that turned out to be no problem, because there was always plenty of free parking on the side street next to the hotel (as long as you leave by 10 a.m.).

4. The Empress provides a nice continental breakfast, and The Cottage, which serves wonderful breakfasts and lunches [to LARGE crowds] is right down the street.
