5. everything was excellent/satisfactory, except: the lockbox was broken after a few uses, there was a hair under my pillow upon checking in, room was a little small (1 queen-sized bed with just enough room to walk around it), a bottle of something looked like it was missing from the mini-bar (hard to tell for sure).

7. The bed and pillows were terrible, the walls were so thin that we could hear our next door neighbor barfing in the bathroom for 2 nights in a row.

8. One more thing, I'm not sure how often this happens but we found a beetle type of bug crawling on our bed the 2nd night.
