Overall the hotel and casino were great, it was disappointing that the buffett restaurant was not open on Monday and Tuesday, the beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean, don't hesitate to call the front desk for additional pillows, etc., housekeeping staff were very helpful, if you want information about good local restaurants ask the housekeepers, they are very familiar with the area.

Went back to front desk to complain and request another room-had to wait in line (1 other person in front of me) for at least 20 mins-their solution-another room with 2 queens-I asked for a comped meal or drinks since the reservation had been made 4 months prior-SORRY, all they were willing to do was give me a late check-out of 1pm instead of 11 am.
