SIlver Legacy is just perfect for that -- it's just off I80, all you need to do is drop off the car with the valet, get some dinner in one of the many restaurants (Circus Circus, SL, and El Dorado are all interconnected), get some sleep, wake up with room service breakfast, do an express checkout, pick up the car from the valet, and be at the bottom of the slopes some 40min later.
