I found it most unfair to have you place this facility in with other 2-1/2 star facilities which offer daily room service when this place only provides the following similar services ONCE for every 7 day visit: make the beds, change the linen, change towels, and provide soap or empty waste baskets.

6. This is the 2nd of 2 times I have been given an Extended Stay hotel and the 2nd time this hotel checked me into a room that had not had the room cleaned, sheets and towels changed.
