1. Just make sure you have a cell phone for late arrival; I got there just after midnight (lobby closes at 11), but called the desk number and the gal was there within 3 minutes to check me in.

4. arrive before 11 pm, after that the office is closed and it takes forever (well, 45 minutes in my case) to get someone there to check you in.

8. I had made these reservations a couple of weeks in advance and called early the week before I arrived to get a non-smoking room which they said I had.

9. When I arrived at 9:00pm on Thursday night they only had smoking rooms available, but said it should be fine given there regular treatment of smoking rooms.
