5. I can't say the view was majestic if you're used to looking out over the Alps or checking out the surf from a glass house in Malibu, but for a river view it was pretty decent.

6. Overall, I liked getting a cheap room for the night, and the view was terrific, but I would much rather have paid and extra $20-$30 not to have to share my bed with any creature with more than 4 legs.
