1. First room had 3 large dead cockroach type insects in the room, and a dirty towel left at the back of the bathroom door, when the key eventually worked.

5. the rugs stained, and the tile in the bathroom was spotted with pieces of dirt that we were able to wipe up with damp tissues (why not the cleaning crew?) Just outside our door, the entire midge population seemed to accumulate every night to die.

7. Bathroom condition: tiles missing, wall paint peeling, hot water leaking from aucet, the door can not be closed and there was no vent exist.
