1. They replaced the sheets with some with more holes and cleaned the mold ONLY from adult eye level.

2. There were only a few bumps during our stay - the room was nice and there were fresh sheets on the bed (the beds are heavenly, very comfortable and mounds of pillows) but the room was not as clean as I would expect from a hotel charging those prices.
