1. It's a great, modern hotel in the best possible location for the Magic Kingdom - a two minute walk from the front gate.

3. It was a minor annoyance that there is no reception or restaurants in Bay Lake - we needed to head to the Contemporary if we needed food, assistance, etc. But the skywalk between the two hotels was fun for the kids, and the shops in the Contemporary provided for fun browsing/shopping.

8. Finally, all the staff we came into contact with was wonderful, helpful and friendly: maintenance folks, the smiley life guards at the pools, boat drivers, monorail workers, hotel staff, everyone was lovely.
